Don’t have time for sport? Why don’t you get fit at home in 15 minutes?
How often
do you hear someone saying “I didn’t have time”? Almost every day. Lies… We
have time, but we don’t have the desire, so we use this easy excuse. I finished
my previous post saying that sport makes us toned, healthy and happy, but as
many of us do not do any sport because of the excuse discussed above I want to
share with you this full body workout which you can make in the comfort of your
homes. It takes only 15 minutes and makes all your muscles work- you will be surprised by the results!
The workout
is composed of three stages, each of which is crucial for the final result of
the workout.
The first and
very important stage is Worm up &
Dynamic Stretches. Why is this stage important and can we skip it
and start directly with the workout? This stage prepares your mind and body for the physical
activity, stretches your muscles and increases your heart rate and breathing which
raises the blood and oxygen flow. Therefore, it is advisable to perform this
stage before the actual workout. Each of the
exercises below should be performed for 30 seconds with 15 seconds break
between each.

The second
stage is the Full Body Workout. You
need to complete one exercise
right after the other without stopping in order the workout to be effective.
The last
stage of the workout is the Post-Workout
Stretches. Why should we do this last stage? By making these stretches you give
a chance to your muscles to recover more easily, plus you maximize your gains.

| Stage 3 |
My advice is to do this routine no more than 2-3 times a
week, because your muscles need some time to recover. Enjoy your time getting stronger and healthier
with this fast and effective workout. And as sport and food go hand in hand,
guess what my next post is going to be about. :)
